My work oscillates between balance and chaos, mirroring my life as the eldest daughter.

The series, A Delicate Struggle, began as an introspection of my feelings, using discarded wood planks to create self-sustained, balanced installations that resonate with my struggle for finding balance.

The process becomes an amalgamation of installation and concept, where executing and harmonizing the two has been a persistent challenge. My work reflects feelings of being stuck and overwhelmed, questioning whether any change might ruin everything. The planks symbolize my need for approval and validation, echoing my anxiety and fear of failure.

Each fall and reconstruction of my installations represents resilience and the struggle to find beauty in instability. Despite the perceived fragility, I persist in creating a visual language of balance.
